Our beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, aunt, neighbor, road raging driver on I-15, etc, Kacy Lynn Lourenco Plott, passed peacefully from her 20s into her 30s on February 15th. She was remembered in a surprise party (spoiled a few days prior by her sometimes annoying but always loving husband Jason) on Friday the 13th. Many long time friends, co-workers, family members and neighbors attended the festivities. Featured guest was Bertha the Birthday Fairy, who reminisced about memories from their days growing up together in Orem. Kacy then honored everyone with some songs on Karaoke, and even convinced her tone deaf husband to sing a duet with her and then a solo. Jason wishes to apologize to everyone for the bad memories they may have from witnessing this, however he is not liable for any emotional damages incurred.
A great time was had by all. We look forward to many more years and memories with Kacy, she just may not be able to remember them all now that old age is setting in :)
Thanks to everyone who showed up or sent birthday greetings to Kacy. Sorry honey that I spoiled the surprise.
Here's some pictures from the night as well as videos of Bertha the Birthday Fairy and Karaoke.

Harlem Globetrotters
I (Jason) am not a huge basketball fan, however I have memories of going to the Harlem Globetrotters when I was a little boy with my Grandma Plott. 3 years ago I was able to take Dawson to see the "Silly Basketball Players" as he still remembers them. Well I had won a 4 pack of tickets from KFAN 1320AM, and since Kacy was a party pooper and didn't want to go, Dawson was able to bring his cousin Austin. Kennidee was more interested in the popcorn and climbing to the top of the arena (as if our seats weren't already nosebleed seats)... Kennidee also showed that she is just like her mom... she can strike up a conversation with ANYONE. She wandered down to the bottom of the section and was having a conversation with the usher lady, then she noticed a "grandpa" and she sat by him and talked to him for a little bit.
The show is really almost the exact same as I remember it when I was little, but it was fun seeing the kids enjoy the Globetrotters antics. Dawson and Austin were cracking up when one of the players "farted" while playing Globetrotter football, and they were really laughing their heads off when one of the players kissed a guy in the crowd on the lips.
We had a fun night seeing the World Famous Harlem Globetrotters once again defeat the Washington Generals!

Hinder Concert
This last weekend I was able to go down to St. George and see Hinder in concert. I was so excited to spend a few days with Kori. Kennidee and I left on Thursday to go down. We had lots of fun shopping, going to dinner, dying hair and going to the concert. I really like Hinder however since I always buy edited CD's I did not realize how much swearing is in their music and not only that but when they would just talk to the crowd they swore soooo much. I had alot of fun with Kori and her friend Lisa however I do think that I would not be purchasing tickets to their concert again anytime soon.
Kori and Me at the concert!
Kori, Me and Lisa!

Kyson's Big Boy Bed
We decided that it was time to move Kyson into a big boy bed. He has been freaking out in his crib the last little while. He hasn't really tried to climb out yet but we decided that he would be okay with a bed now. So Jason and I went and picked out a cute bed and dresser for him and a week later it was delivered. His first night he wasn't too sure about the whole thing but after he fell asleep he did okay. He has since fallen out only twice. He goes to bed really good and goes down really good for his naps as well. He won't get off the bed when he wakes up. He just yells for Mom! I can't believe how fast he is growing up.
