Kacy the last post made me laugh because-I kid you not-just this morning I was getting dressed and thinking to myself-Megan, you better kick up those work-outs a zillion notches! And then I seriously thought, I wonder what Kacy does to always look so good! Seriously! So good luck with the new diet, but I think you look great! Aren't we always are own worst critic?! :)
